You can book your accommodation without any processing fees for the nights from July 2nd to 9th. You just have to choose the date of arrival and the number of nights within those dates. Several hotels have been selected, close to the conference venue or to the railway station of Nancy.
Please note: To ensure the availability of your room, we advise you to book it as soon as possible. As the date of the event gets closer, the volume of guaranteed rooms will be reduced.
When you book your room, the platform will certainly ask you to communicate your credit card imprint to ensure the reservation. Don’t worry, this is a common practice in France, neither the hotel nor the managers of this platform can access this data.
Revotel**
The Revotel is located in an inner courtyard, a stone’s throw from the Nancy train station, a 10-minute walk from the Place Stanislas and a 20-minute walk from the conference venue. This hotel is also located a few steps from several restaurants where you can enjoy a pleasant meal, and not far from the Museum of Fine Arts, one of the oldest museums in France, located on the Place Stanislas. Adagio Access Nancy Centre is located 10 minutes walk from the Place Stanislas and 20 minutes walk from the conference venue. The modern studios and apartments are equipped with a seating area featuring a TV, adjustable furniture, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Every housing benefits from a private bathroom with shower. You can prepare meals using the accommodation’s kitchen, which includes a microwave, stovetop, fridge and dining table. A buffet breakfast is prepared every morning in the property’s breakfast room.
